The space
Jade Haus is a 4 bedroom home that is separated into two different floors with two completely separate entrances. The upstairs portion of the home has a huge kitchen perfect for entertaining and cooking featuring 2 sinks and 2 stoves, along with a giant kitchen island perfect for hanging and cooking. The dining area features both vintage and designer furniture, and the living room features a smart TV along with a 10 piece vintage couch that has been described as "the comfiest couch in the world" - able to fit about 10-12 people. Perfect for a movie night or hanging with friends and family. There is 1 king sized bedroom upstairs with an attached bathroom, and 1 queen sized bedroom with a detached bathroom as well. Attached to the dining room and deck is a screened porch perfect for your morning coffee.

The downstairs entrance is to the left side of the home, and operates as its own apartment. This part of the house has its very own living room with smart TV, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and 2 queen sized bedrooms. There is also an extra sleeping cot for additional guests as well. Around the corner of the apartment unit you will find an outdoor picnic table surrounded by lights, and a fire pit.

This home is ideal for entertaining and the open layout allows for this. It's a 15-20 min drive from Hudson (Amtrak), ~30 min to Kingston, ~20 to Saugerties, ~5 min to downtown Catskill, and more. Hunter and Windham are about a 20-30 min drive away as well.
