Hotel vicino a Cattedrale di Santo Stefano - Batrun

“Located in one of the most beautiful spots in Batroun, with a sea and Patchi-view room, Blue Marlin takes you years back in history to your grandmother’s cozy home. The place full of spirit, and every detail is carefully selected. Rita checked in every day with a sweet message to ensure we’re comfortable, Vera and the other lady at the property were very pleasant, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast came to our room in a large try that included all sorts of Lebanese food. Cleanliness, though,...

“Perfect location and super friendly staff”

“We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was within easy reach. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and...

“All location , clean, services were excellent. Access to property should be improved Thanks”

“Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it”

“prime location, misleading listing. I thought we were staying at a resort. Turns out this listing has nothing to do with the resort. If we needed new towels we had to pay for them, the room comes just as is. It’s an apartment unit inside the resort but with no association to it. Would have booked something else if i knew this wasn’t a resort stay. Amenities were good with hot water, AC, TV, and washer. We made our trip work, host was responsive, we just got caught off guard we went from thinking...

“The property has very poor communication with guests. I had the same issue, and other guests mentioned experiencing it as well. The hotel smelled strange, and there was no water in the shower or bathroom in the morning. Overall, it was a disaster. The self-check-in process is unnecessarily long, and there is little to no support afterward. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.”

“Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone ”

“Nice place, great staff ”

“Posizione ottima, vista sulle rovine dal terrazzo (e da alcune camere). Struttura semplice e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.”

“Clean room. Nice staff. Very busy area.”
