“We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. ”

“The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job.”

“ノリッジ空港に深夜に到着する予定だったため、空港近くでリーズナブルなこのホテルに予約。部屋は広く清潔でしたが、一晩中換気の音がかなり大きかったのが、1番の欠点。隣りに24時間のマクドナルドがあり、朝食はリーズナブルにそちらを利用しました。シティセンターに行くバス停もそれほど遠くなく、空港近くにあるもうひとつのホテルと比べると、コスパは良いと思いました。”

“Camera nella media e bagno più che confortevole. Putroppo ingresso e corridoi, ma anche la camera, sono un po' maleodoranti . Probabilmente il problema è nato dalla giornata di pioggia e dal calpestare la moquette con le scarpe bagnate /sporche”

“I did not have breakfast”

“Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in. The hotel is in a great location for town centre. The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean. Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out. The room was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog.”

“La camera era molto piccola, ma davvero molto accogliente. Devo davvero complimentarmi con il Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma soprattutto con la qualità delle pietanze servite a cena e la colazione davvero bello trovare un posto dove oggi si mangia bene ”

“Was expecting the normal hotel room but this one also had microwave, air fryer a fridge and washing up facilities plus plates, knives and forks. Very very impressed.”

“Really great, absolutely spotless room. Lovely shower. As some of the other reviews suggest, it could do with some hooks for coats and bath towels, and maybe a shelf for toiletries in the shower. ”
