The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?”

It was Tuesday evening and they looked fully booked for food which said a lot to me. Great selection of beers too. Parking on site was free and had a lovely breakfast in the morning nd great chat with the owner in relation to its aerospace connections. Overall would stay again 100%”

“Absolutely loved staying at the Regency Guest House. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. A really beautiful property. Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome and were great hosts providing us with lots of useful information about the area. Our room was immaculate with a fantastic modern bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful to set you up for the day and a few doors away from a lovely friendly pub. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. “We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”
