"Locale vecchio e angusto parzialmente ristrutturato. Mancanza di punti di appoggio in camera, prese elettriche, stanza e bagno gelidi. Reception non troppo ospitale"

"We stayed again (at the end of our trip) in this hotel. The second time was better than the first. We appreciated the hospitality and the staff. The home was clean with a functional heater; the kitchen was fully equipped. We thank you the entire staff."

"La stanza non era pulita, tapparelle piene di polvere interruttori sporchi, nell'armadio una centralina di tubi d'acqua pieni di polvere, nel bagno e stato montato uno scaldabagno di 100 litri circa proprio sul vater con difficoltà ad usare lo stesso, di buono, personale disponibile e colazione ottima."

"Hotel nel centro della città …impossibile da raggiungere con i mezzi perché in zona pedonale (non indicato…). Per avere sicurezza della moto unica possibilità è il parcheggio a pagamento (consiglio quello del palazzo dei papi). Colazione nella norma . Camera in discrete condizioni …pulizia …che dire …alla francese."

"Very poor stay, the hotel rooms and facilities are average and effortable, but staff has very bad behaviour, from receptionist to restaurant, till being unprofessional and also impolite sometimes. English is not a well accepted. Not in line with other Ibis hotels, where usually the staff is a plus. I recommend to book somewhere else"
