“Lovely and cozy place, good for any type of visitor. Location is ok but not great; if you want to walk to old Ipoh distance is short but the walk is not pretty, for the first half. “La posizione del hotel é buona. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché trattandosi di un excelsior ci si immagina il top...invece no. La prima stanza assegnataci tutto sembrava tranne che superior, doccia senza box, tende oscuranti con buchi, controsoffittatura con macchie. Comumque ci facciamo cambiare la stanza ed otteniamo la superior da noi prenotata. Il personale é stato gentile e diaponibile alle nostre richieste. Colazione salata ok, ma la colazione dolce é inesistente.”

“Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack.
