“The room was clean . The staff was helpful n couteous . Breakfast spread was great . Overall a good stay .”

“We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well”

“Beautiful resort in a stunning environment, a few meters from the beach. Staff is exquisite, we had an amazing staying. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch; Miri restaurant doesn't offer the same wide choices for dinner, but maybe it was due to the fact that it was low season and there were not many guests. Only 2 remarks: wine is ridiculously overpriced as well as the pick up/drop off to the airport. Beside this, St. Regis is always an excellent choice and we would love to...

“Overall good, but had to remind them each day about water in the room. A lot of stairs, so not so good if you are infirmed. ”

“Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. The wi-fi was virtually non existent, had to resort to 4G. Banging windows from outside the room all night (we latched them all the next morning since the...

“Nonostante fossimo nella stagione dei monsoni e non si potesse fare il bagno in mare, abbiamo fatto fantastiche passeggiate sulla spiaggia. Camere appena ristrutturate con tutti i confort, tutti gentilissimi ”

“Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor”

“We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful resort, well maintained, nice pool bar and very good restaurants. The spa amenities were great and beach is just a 5 minute walk where you can relax with a cold drink at the starfish beach shack! And the best part is the stuff, super friendly and helpful, would definitely come back!”

“Väldigt bra!! Vi la till en till natt för att det var så himla härligt ställe, jämfört med alla ställen på stranden är detta det bästa och det märks när man går på stranden att Royal Suites är de som alltid har mycket folk hos sig. Hundra procent värt att åka hit. Bra mat, bra service och utsikten är underbar”

“Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

“albergo di ottima qualità con personale molto disponibile alle esigenze del cliente. Magnifica spiaggia per fare lunghe passeggiate. Prezzi del bar e ristorante molto contenuti.”

“All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! ”
