Ville a Cavtat

“Great villa with lots of space (there were 14 of us, 3 generations, across the 3 apartments and we had room so spare). The location of the villa was good, within easy reach of Cavtat, which is beautiful. The walk back up the hill is very steep so we tended to use a car or taxis. Vedran was very helpful and responded to issues quickly. He also recommended some great restaurants (Ludo More was lovely!). The villa itself was quite well equipped and very clean but needs a little care and attention...

“Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2023 für eine Woche mi 2 Familien (Teenagern & Erwachsene) in der Ferienwohnung und hatten eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit. Mija und ihr. Ater Michael sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die man immer ansprechen oder anschreiben kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet , sehr sauber und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es passte und stimmte alles. Auch die beiden Außenbereiche sind sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein....

Aircon that allows very real comfort. Handy to Dubrovnik boats, taxi and beaches as well as restaurants and the charm of the old town”

“Very nice place with a fabulous host in an excellent fishing village. Only remark is the noise from the nearby airport with the planes landing quite frequently.”

“We had a very pleasant time in Family, we rent the 2 houses ( West and East ) for a total of 15 people and had quite enough space. Sea view is amazing and place is very calm. There are beaches accessible by foot. Contacts with booking team are quite easy, they are very responsive. Great holidays !”

“Very disappointed with the location of our Villa. It was so noisy being surrounded by the main road into and out of Cavtat. I wonderful view from the front balcony but sitting and enjoying it was spoilt by the constant noise from the traffic. The pictures of the Villa suggested that the Villa was a lot more spacious than in fact it was. We had some days with thunder storms and we were all kept indoors which felt very cramped. Also being kept indoors the dining table in the small living area was...

“Purtroppo doveva essere una nostra bella e spensierata vacanza abbiamo trovato scomodità televisore non funzionante nessuna pulizia in 5 giorni e ospiti della struttura scostumati e chiassosi L abbiamo detto al gestore non ha messo nessun tipo di regole ne per orari ne per piscina confusione e scostumatezza peccato poteva essere un bel posto ”

Daniela e il suo staff sono stati gentilissimi e attenti ad aiutarci per ogni esigenza (dal transfer gratuito da e per l'aeroporto, al fitto della macchina, alla prenotazione di un boat tour sulle isole). ”

“This stay was beautiful. It is in Cavtat which is a cute little town (about a 15 mn walk to the center) and 40 minute bus ride to Dubrovnik which only costs 4€. It was clean and well kept. The views were insanely amusing. The host was very attentive and accommodating.”
