Shannon was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It was also our dog Moxie’s first beach trip—by the end of the week, she was joyfully frolicking in the waves like a puppy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return!”

“Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination. ”

“Amazing beach front with stair access to the beach right in front of the condo. Feels like a house, private with amazing views from every window. Quiet, well outfitted with comfortable seating, etc. Wonderful girlfriends get away with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us to have our own. Would definitely stay here again.”

“great location and adorable town! very easy company to work with. a couple of the overhead fans were not working and needed adjustment so they didn't squeak (2nd bedroom and living room). both beds were very comfortable. the parking spot under the carport is first come, first serve, but that only seemed to matter on the Saturday and Sunday. will rent again!”

“I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking. All I would say that’s critical is the stairs are a little scary/unprotected and I worried about my older children traveling them in the middle of the night to use the restroom. If I...
