Questa casa sulla spiaggia ben arredata ha tre camere da letto composte da due letti king size e una regina con letti a castello. Questo ca. La casa di 2350 piedi quadrati è stata rinnovata nel 2013. La cucina vanta elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile aggiornati, tra cui una lavastoviglie e una lavanderia interna separata per la massima comodità. A pochi passi dalla sabbia tramite il nostro accesso privato alla spiaggia, goditi le infinite viste sull'oceano e rilassati mentre il sole tramonta e le onde si infrangono.

Had an amazing time. Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to just about everything. This is an older property that has been partially updated but is in great shape! We will absolutely stay here again.

Three great friends of over 60 years gathered with a spouse and a Significant Other to celebrate friendships as well as milestone birthdays. The house is beautifully situated within walking distance to town for shopping and eating. The deck has full view of the beach, pier and town. The many floor to ceiling windows allowed full views as well! Sunsets were amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and offered spacious areas for us to gather to cook and eat. All rooms are large and comfortable. Beds were as well! We thoroughly enjoyed every single day of our week.

This was a really wonderful week!! We had plenty of room to chill for all 8 of us... comfy sofa/chairs, the dining table for 8 and all kinds of seating on the awesome deck.. We were walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and the pier. And the beach was perfect! We were on the beach multiple times a day either playing in the water, walking, making discoveries in the tidepool or just sitting and loving the view. I highly recommend staying at this property!

We have been renting beach front properties in Cayucos every summer for the last 20 years. This is definitely the best property we have rented. The view is amazing, the house was very clean and the furniture was up to date and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The only problem with this house is we can’t stay here next year because it’s already rented for all of July.

We loved our stay here! The views are more breathtaking than any picture can capture. The house is not a new construction, but it was well constructed initially, has a nice spacious living area, and feels warm and inviting. Kristin, our contact during the stay, was the quickest to respond to any questions that I've ever experienced with a rental property. I'm grateful that we were able to leave our bicycles and surfboards in the courtyard while having brunch the morning we checked out!

This is a very nice large home. Nicely furnished with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had all items needed to prepare meals.. The views could not get any better with the water and sand right in front of you, plus you can see the pier. There were nice stairs leading to the sand below. The second patio/courtyard was very pleasant. The house is an easy walk to the businesses along Ocean Avenue. We would certainly consider renting here again. In the afternoon the living room, dining area, and kitchen had a lot of sun glare and heat even with the window shades down.. Nice screen doors on the three exterior doors would be helpful for allowing a breeze to flow through. .
