Grande Cayucos Beach House, vicino alla spiaggia, al molo e ai negozi.

Questa casa Large Beach è l'ideale per famiglie numerose e weekend di fuga. Le quattro camere da letto possono ospitare 8 e i divani possono essere utilizzati per dormire alcuni bambini più piccoli. Abbiamo una grande sala riunioni dove si trovano la cucina e la sala TV. Questa stanza di solito diventa il luogo in cui tutti si riuniscono mentre mangiano, guardano la TV e semplicemente si appendono. Inoltre abbiamo un balcone al piano superiore per guardare gli splendidi tramonti mentre si barbecue. Lavanderia completa. Nel cortile abbiamo una jacuzzi completa.

Cayucos è una delle ultime grandi città americane sulla spiaggia. La zona del centro è ricca di negozi e antiquariato, nonché di alcuni favolosi ristoranti di fascia alta e adatti alle famiglie. Si trova a 3 miglia a nord della baia di Morro, dove è possibile vedere lo storico Morro Rock. Cayucos si trova inoltre a circa 15 miglia a sud di Hearst Castle e Cambria e circa 10 miglia a ovest dell'autostrada 46, il cuore della famosa regione vinicola di Paso Robles. È a pochi passi dalla cittadina di Cayucos. Cayucos ha molti ristoranti favolosi e negozi di antiquariato. Siamo vicini a molte attività interessanti, come Hearst Castle, kayak, pesca, golf o osservazione delle balene nella baia di Morro. Siamo vicini alla città universitaria di San Luis Obispo, con molti negozi e attività divertenti.

Our family has stayed at Karl’s house multiple times now and it’s a great place and location. We particularly love the large upstairs kitchen, dining room and living room space for our large family gathering of 13 for meals and socializing. We usually split between this house and the shoreline in for easy beach accessibility. Super easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to book again for next fall.

My family & I stayed there for a week and had a great time. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous living/kitchen space upstairs, beautiful finishes throughout and a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach & restaurants. Plenty of linens, towels & anything conducive to a very pleasant & enjoyable stay. The only negative was that each evening a few hundred bats flew out of the small gaps above the front balcony between the fascia & the shingles. Not sure if this posed a health issue, but we did sweep up guano each morning. When I informed the owner, he said he was aware and that remediation would commence within 5 days. We enjoyed the house so much, we would love to stay there again in the near future providing there are no “neighbors “ to share the place with us!

Cayucos Wedding

Very nice property for our family. Large kitchen and very open dining-family room area. Very clean and nice updated amenities. Walking distance to the main Cayucos shopping/restaurant area.

Large home, good location, lacking some maintenance and cleanliness

Positives - Spacious family room and kitchen (well stocked), nice beach vibe and walking distance to the ocean, nice jacuzzi in back, washer and dryer worked well.Negatives - Floors were dirty (all of our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the house), very little paper products (a few rolls of tp and no paper towels), no soap in the showers, tp holders in 2 bathrooms were broken, upstairs outside balcony had a lot of rat turds on the floor (from roof?) that would return after being swept out, so we did not utilize it as much as we would have liked.Probably would not stay there again. (If you have toddler(s), bring a baby gate for the stairs.)

Wonderful Central Coast getaway

The house is large, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is perfect: we could walk right into town or down to the beach. The view is also stunning. Perfect older girls' weekend!

Nice place

This home was perfect for our family...6 adults and 3 kids, 11, 9, and 6 years old. The kids loved the jacuzzi. Kitchen is nice and large and well equipped and plenty of room in the house for the whole gang.

We'll be back!

If you need a big place with all the amenities this is it. Clean, well kept, wonderful upstairs great room and kitchen with ocean view. Smartly located in Mid Town Cayucos so restaurants and shops are all walking distance even with small children. The hot tub was a nice added bonus and is truly a great way to put a ribbon on beach day. Owner is responsive, commutation was quick from our initial questions all the way through our weeks say and departure. Enjoy this place...we did!

Spacious and clean

My family and I had an amazing time at this beach house. It was so spacious and had a lot of main living space so it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. it was in a great location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a great amenity that we used in the evening after our days at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great for families

Terrific location on a quiet street only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Large deck from which you can see the ocean and which gets an abundance of afternoon sun in the summer. The house has a really nice floor plan with open living spaces on both the lower and upper floors. The kitchen is large with plenty of utensils and plates/bowls. A really nice dining area table which comfortably seats 10 people. Plenty of bedroom space for large families. Overall we had a really great stay. The only drawback is the water pressure is a little low.

Great location, large house

My Mom, sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. The location and house are terrific. The house was very clean and has a large kitchen. One item that should be disclosed up front is that either damage insurance or a credit card deposit is required and that does not appear until you are checking out, which adds to the cost.

Lovely beach and wine getaway

We had 4 couples to stay for a long weekend. We loved Cayucos. Such a sleepy little beach town. The house was great for 8 adults. We were able to spend time together in the large kitchen/den area with a view of the ocean as well as separately in the 4 nice bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
