“New and very modern. High quality finish. Fabulous shower. No noise from the above because there are no above rooms. Also no noise from the adjacent rooms. Nice parking.”

“This is a family owned business and all of them are incredibly helpful and very warm and inviting. The rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was superb literally made to order. I also like the fact that it was just outside Morro Bay proper, which means it was extremely quiet and you’re literally only two minutes away from the center of town.”

“The room was small with two queen beds however it was very convenient to have a refrigerator, microwave and fireplace. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were generous bath linens and coffee portions. I would say the only negative was the floors looked cleaned but our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them without shoes. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. Parade route was right in front of the motel and we could sit on their elevated street side wall”

“Upon entering the room I smelled a strong smell of urine. I immediately started looking for another hotel online, but they were all booked up. My husband suggested getting air freshener but that would just cover up the filth. I walked to the gas station and got a bottle of 409 and paper towels. I cleaned the floor by the toilet and my towel came up BLACK. I proceeded to clean the entire floor and it apparently hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The smell improved but not much. “The property grounds were magnificent and well maintained with spectacular views. Just as amazing was the hospitality led by the proprietor Martin who greeted us upon arrival. His staff was equally accommodating as well. We will definitely need to look no further for our next stay in Paso.”

“Stayed in the Otter Suite with a wonderfull view of the harbor from the over the water balcony. Sounds of the sea lions and seagulls were refreshing and soothing. Location was in middle of the waterfront activity, perfect for walking to all ammenities. Would come back anytime.”

“We spent two nights at Estero Inn and very much enjoyed our relaxing stay. The Inn is very clean and right on the water, next to a Sailing School. We enjoyed watching the youth in their sail boats learning how to sail. It is very close to shopping and restaurants but separate enough that it was very quiet. And I love that is has a Tesla charger!”

“Abbiamo scelto questo posto per la nostra tappa direzione big sur! È stata una valida alternativa alla più vicina, ma più cara monteray. Siamo arrivati la sera ed il ragazzo alla reception è stato carino e ci ha anche chiesto cosa volevamo per la colazione la mattina dopo. Lo consiglio per chi ha pazienza e non vuole lasciare un occhio della testa per una notte a monterey.”
