This is a working farm, so you may notice the authentic sights and sounds of rural life. The property is accessed via a maintained dirt road; please be mindful that weather can impact road conditions, occasionally resulting in some mud or dust.

We offer reliable satellite-based WiFi for staying connected, though please note the slower pace may come with the rural location.

This property is only a short 7-minute drive from South Cedar City. This is where you will find the most convenient grocery stores and restaurants.

With plenty of space for trailers, ATVs, boats, and other recreational gear, we’re ready to accommodate your adventure needs. We also offer RV hookups (power, water, and sewer) for an additional fee.
Need Extra Space? For larger groups, there’s an option to rent our additional 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom farmhouse, which can accommodate four extra guests. If you'd prefer the property entirely to yourself, you can opt to pay an additional fee to block out the dates (if available) for the Farmhouse, ensuring total privacy during your stay.
