The space
Welcome to our stunning newly remodeled property In Lake Arrowhead! Prepare to be amazed by the perfect blend of luxury, entertainment, and natural beauty that awaits you. Situated on one of the best coves of Lake Arrowhead with picturesque mountain and lake landscape, our property offers an unforgettable vacation experience. Walk in thru the main floor where you will find comfortable couches, fully stocked kitchen that will delight alll culinary enthusiasts. Prepare delicious meals and create memorable dining experiences with your loved ones here or outside on the huge balcony that has a dining table a sofa and loves seat with firetable for the nights and a bbq. The main floor also has a 60 inch smart tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Video and any other smart apps that you need. Play board games, enjoy a game of darts or just relax and sip wine by the fireplace. Cozy, modern, and perfect for a getaway. Down the stair you will find 2 big bedrooms and a huge newly remodeled bathroom with a laundry machine and dryer in case your clothes are wet from sledding in the back yard. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a office desk in case you need to get some work done. Second bedroom can sleep at least 5 with a bunk bed(twin on top, queen on the bottom) and another queen size bed. The downstairs deck is perfect for a morning cup of Joe or just being lazy and sleeping outdoors.

From the main floor going upstairs you will find a huge naturally lit loft. This loft has 2 queen beds on one side and an entertaining area on the right. Play a game of foosball or relax and challenge your friends and family to a game of Jenga. With 3 large skylights you can lay in bed and enjoy the mountain view.

We took everything that we wanted in a cabin and provided all the amenities for our guests. This is our home and we use it often. so please respect it and treat it as your own.

Entire home is yours to enjoy. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake that can be accessed with our ALA card that is provided at the home.
Other things to note
Hiking trails, everywhere. access to the lake just 1/8th of a mile away. Private beach with BBQ and volleyball court is available for you to use.

The property welcomes pets. It was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is loaded with all kinds of newly looked kitchenware. The only item we could not get it work was the coffee maker.It was rainy and cold outside during our stay, but the heater and the fireplace made the entire place warm and cozy. There are outdoor gas grill and fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Access to the lake is just 7 minutes walk and is super easy.Stepan the host was super responsive and honest. Everytime I reached out to him, he would reply me within 3 minutes.Shops are available within 1 mile. We highly recommend this place for family stay!

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

We had the pleasure of staying at this cabin over the weekend it was a wonderful experience. Everything was set up perfectly for our family. The beds are big and comfortable and every room has a TV. The kitchen has everything you need. We REALLY enjoyed the karaoke machine. My dog loved it too. It was cute watching her eat snow. I highly recommend staying at this cabin. I'm definitely going to try to book it again later this year.

Great Place to Stay!

This was a great place to stay near the lake. It had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and very cozy. The longer past reviews on this place named everything that could be considered a concern. For example: the microwave handle and lower bathroom being cold. Overall I would definitely stay here again. As we arrived, I did notice something probably did get into the trash before we arrived. There was food wrappers, foil, etc.. all around on the ground. I went around and gathered what I could to clean up the outside a bit. Upon checking out you will need to drop off your trash at the dump about a 5-7 minute drive away. Just something to keep in mind if you don't go to this type of area often. Thanks for having us!

Cute, Cozy and Beautiful Cabin!

Our very first Vrbo booking did not disappoint! Stepan’s cabin was cute, cozy, clean and beautiful. When we first arrived (just a few minutes after check in time), the cleaner was still there but left shortly after. She mentioned that the dryer is propane and takes forever for clothes to dry. We noticed all the towels that were folded and left in the rooms were still wet / damp. The fireplace didn’t have any logs (that we could see or find) but we brought a couple of our own so we were able to enjoy it for a few. The microwave handle was broken (coming off) so we had to use the bottom of it to open it (but thankfully we were still able to use it). The garbage disposal didn’t work that great. There was trash left near the driveway so we were visited by 3 furry friends (raccoons) our first night. Other than that, it was great and my family and I had a wonderful time! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and look forward to going back. Would not mind booking Stepan’s cabin again! The fairy lights gave it a total vibe. The foosball table, dartboard, guitar and karaoke machine were added bonuses. We spent most of the time on the upper deck, enjoying cocktails, coffee and hot cocoa by the firepit. My kids made s’mores and my husband BBQ’d hotdogs. We also ordered pizza from Domino’s and Popeye’s (who delivers)! Instacart operates there too, FYI! Mid level bathroom has a heater vent, lower level bathroom gets cold. Awesome cabin. Not too far from Big Bear snowplay! Thanks for having us!

Cute and close to town.

About a 5-7 minute drive to downtown Lake arrowhead. 10 mins to Santa’s village. Driveway is small. Fits 3 vehicles max. No street parking. We couldn’t find the lake entrance that was spoken of in the description but we found our way, about a 15 min walk but there are steep hills, so the way back is about 30 mins. No heating vents or insulation in upstairs attic. It got pretty cold. I borrowed blankets from the other rooms downstairs, those rooms were heated nicely. I’d suggest bringing a few warm comforters or sleeping bags if you plan on sleeping upstairs. Also there’s no door for privacy & you can hear any noise from downstairs. No dressers to use. The skylights are beautiful to fall asleep to but will wake you up early. That being said, it’s adorable. Beds are comfortable memory foam. The twinkle lights are a sweet touch and my teens liked it. Equipped with smart TV. Dining room & living room are small but accommodated us. A few wooden logs were provided for fireplace but I’d suggest bringing a box of duraflame logs also. Have to reset thermostat. Fan in main floor bathroom is a heater, you won’t freeze while taking a shower. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed & of great quality, accept we couldn’t find a can opener lol. Decor was lovely. The correct WiFi password is posted in kitchen. Outdoor propane fire pit was nice. Not fenced if you’re bringing a pet. Issues if you have trouble climbing stairs, all bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. Nice place;)

Perfect location and perfect Home

Stephan's house was perfect in every way. Super Clean, super secure and super location. Kitchen had everything needed, the beds were super comfortable. The place has everything needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Host was great and communicated immediately. i would recommend this home for anyone that wants to enjoy a weekend in the woods and getaway from the city.
