“From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

“This must be a hotel that is being remodeled, as the rooms were old and needed work. When we arrived, there were no toiletries and only 2 towels in the room. The room was hot as the heater was set to 75 degrees. When I looked for an iron to press my clothes, there wasn't one in the room. I had to go get one from the front desk, and it was only a half ironing board whose legs were broken. “First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience.”

“The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.”

“The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?”

“Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. He asked our name, said we were ready to go and pass cards on the front counter. Later went for a walk to check out the spa. Was a sign saying out of order when they just told us the day before it was all usable. When we question the front...

“When we first arrived, they gave us two rooms, one of which hadn't been cleaned, so we had to go back and wait in line again to get another cleaned room. The lake view with balcony was a joke, the balcony held one person, max, and didn't feel secure in the least. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the Dam Bar and restaurant were fun and had good food and drinks.”

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”
