“Not a good experience staying here. Receptionist upon check in was extremely rude. The hotel room smelled of a mix of cat urine and mildew. Hotel was booked so couldn’t change rooms. On Holiday, the rates were $400 + per night. Breakfast server in the morning was rude. Yelling at guests to hurry up and get their food because she is closing. And kept repeating herself. There was still 15 minutes left. Just not a welcoming staff at all. Pros - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable....

“When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and surroundings were immaculate. We appreciated the larger than standard refrigerator and the full size microwave oven was a nice bonus. Both were spotless inside and out. Thank you to everyone at the motel for giving us a "no problem" 4th of July weekend.”
