Completely remodeled duplex in a peaceful neighborhood with good sized backyard.. Less than 5 minutes from Good Harbor Beach. Surrounded by lakes, dunes, beaches, wineries and golf courses. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby. 20 minutes from Traverse City and Suttons Bay. Nice backyard for kids and adults alike.

Property is cute and very clean. It is a split level duplex so be prepared for steps up to the main level and steps down to the bedroom level. The duplex was quiet; can’t hear anything through the walls and the neighbor is very nice. The best thing is the location. It’s a great central location for exploring the Leelanau Peninsula, Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes area.

The rental was clean, spacious, and in a peaceful setting. The owner was very responsive to our needs (he made sure we had soap , dish soap, and laundry detergent that was free of perfumes) and was quick to reply to our inquiries and even indicated he would follow up on the few recommendations we’d made. The rental was plenty big enough for the five of us. If you plan to use the kitchen, it has a very large refrigerator and enough counter space and lots of seating for dining. We enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen had everything we needed and fascinating retro/vintage dishware. The place is on a beautiful circle drive (where I happened to learn to drive 45 years ago!) The location is proximal to all the best things in Leelanau County. Jeff was very communicative before and during the trip, very easy to reach.

Really enjoyed our vacation week at this property! It was a true family vacation, as we wanted to bring our dog along for the fun. This is a great location to access Good Harbor Bay Beach, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Traverse City, Cedar, golf, etc. Newly remodeled, impeccably clean, 2 new bathrooms, full kitchen. Everything you need for a week long stay. Great communication and response from the owner. First time staying in a duplex. Duplex neighbor and street neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Hoping to stay here again in the near future.

Really nice duplex in a great location

This two story duplex has been newly remodeled and was very clean. It was very quiet. The bedrooms were in the lower level. The upper level had a spacious living area and kitchen. There was a bathroom on each floor. This worked out well for us as we had two couples in our group. There was a small deck in the back with a table and chairs and charcoal grill. The location was great in that we were within 30 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, and Suttons Bay and Good Harbor Bay Beach. A very beautiful area! We will definitely come and stay here again if possible!

Next to everything while secluded

The property is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been. The location is superb for feeling like you’re in the country while only having a 20-minute drive to many different things to do. If you don’t like to open your windows at night, it can get a little hot as the air conditioning is slightly undersize we would stay here again!

Close to beaches and boutiques

We loved the space we had and the beauty and quiet surroundings. We had 4 friends and 2 got the bedrooms and 2 had pullouts on the living room. Having 2 full bathrooms and a nice kitchen and table for xatds made it great.

Perfect Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Cedar, MI! The house was spotless and very spacious, providing plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. Great stay!

Very cute and clean, we enjoyed our stay! Love that there was a fire pit with wood. Only complaint was it was warm upstairs since the air unit was downstairs. One of the beds was very hard and uncomfortable.

This was a perfect location for all things northern Michigan: close to Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes, etc. Very quiet, impeccably clean.
