Hawthorne - Fisherman's Delight! Plenty of Parking

Wonderful getaway on a huge lot with plenty of boat trailer parking! Bring three trucks and trailers and still have room! Easy care home is new to rental but managed by experienced, local professionals for an exceptional experience. Home is super comfy with space to spare. Ideal kitchen is well stocked to cook for a crowd. This property is just a 5 minute golf cart ride from downtown and has incredible live oak trees that really bring that old Florida look. Catch the Gulf breezes on the front porch or the downstairs seating for coffee and dinner al fresco. Lots of storage room downstairs for bicycles, golf carts and more. This is a pet friendly unit, up to 2 dogs! Pet fee is as follows: Pet fee of $45 per night will be charged at booking or prior to check in, depending on which site you booked. Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please notify us immediately. Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.

Artsy Cottage Escape

Great location! My kids loved all the intricate island themed art in the home and large yard to run and play in. We found the home to be very charming and just the type of quaint island escape we were looking for. After a slight hiccup at check-in with the door lock malfunction, the property management company swiftly resolved the situation. We were very appreciative of their response! The home had everything we needed, and we will definitely return!

Perfect Sisterhood Weekend

Just far enough to be tucked away from everything else, but close enough to everything on the island to walk, bike, or cart around comfortably. Beautiful sunrises and such an excellent setting to sit around the fire and re-live old memories while making new ones together. The rooms were comfortable, plenty of space to sleep 6, and everything was so well-appointed and clean.

We had a wonderful stay. We were completely comfortable the entire time. The owner is very thoughtful to make sure renters have all they need. Beds are comfy and AC works great. We would absolutely stay again.

Peaceful getaway

Very relaxing and extremely comfortable. The only thing missing was a dishwasher. Other than that. Would highly recommend stay at these wonderful home. Air conditioning worked great as we were there during extreme temperatures. Mendy was wonderful to work with.

Great Get Away in Cedar Key, FL

This was a very comfortable house for our weekend get away. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Outside areas were very pleasant for rest and relaxation. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Seven Sunrise Sanctuary

This property offered all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt fortunate to be able to bring our two miniature dachshunds along for vacation, this time. There was a nice area for them to be walked and they enjoyed getting to ride into town on the golf cart we rented. Several families from our church travel to swim in the springs that surround Chiefland annually, and this was the first time we actually stayed on Cedar Key. We feel this was our best trip yet and we hope to return again. Thank you for everything!

Excellent stay

The house was perfect for us, our friend and 2 pets. We enjoyed the sunrise, the great yard, the quiet and the nice living area to visit and catch up with our friend.. The kitchen was well equipped -- at least for preparation of breakfast and a light supper. It is a short drive to town. We would rent it again if we return to Cedar Key.

Quick, quiet getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet Cedar Key retreat! Great outdoor space overlooking the grass flats, inside had everything we could ask for. The perfect place to unplug and relax from the city. Can’t wait to plan a longer trip in the future!!

Island Getaway

We came for a long weekend. The house is an older property but very clean and the decor made it warm and inviting. We very much enjoyed our stay. Property is centrally located to easily walk, or ride, to the town and nearby parks/museums. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart for your stay on the island and visiting the Boardwalk Cemetary Point Park.

So Cute

Alot of thought was put into making this the perfect stay for their guests. The hospitality was over the top and they've done a great job of fixing this little place up. It did take us a minute to figure out that the hot water breaker was off. And the air conditioning malfunctioned on our last night, but the property managers were more than happy to compensate us for our inconvenience.
