“Place was great except breakfast lack luster and no pool”

“Carpet and overall room worn and dated. First room TV did not work. Could not get any sleep in the next room due to the noise and the hotels outside lights shining directly in my window. Staff not very helpful or courteous.”

“Place was new and everything was nice. Lobby, breakfast area and room was clean. Breakfast was good with the usual variety for a free hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Only two consecutive comments: 1- the three wheeled luggage carts were a pain to use and didn’t hold enough luggage, and 2- for being in Vermont, the maple syrup at breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was cheap and basically tinted corn syrup. ”

“Wonderful king bedroom suite. Clean, spacious and well-appointed. Good breakfast and coffee. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I used the fitness room on my second day (day one it was being refurbished with new wallcovering) and it has a 4 cardio machines: 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 stationary bike. “I chose this hotel because the description includes electric car charging. But they only have plugs on light poles, not charging stations. I'm in a rental car and don't have a cord, so this left me in a real bind. The woman at check-in said there weren't any charging stations around, but at checkout the guy said there's one right next door. It was frustrating. ”

“Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well.
