My lips started tingling and felt like they were swelling up. I got a raised red rash and hives on my arms. I explained that the mustiness was making me sick and asked for a refund. I was told no refund even though I explained I could not stay or I would get worse. I ended up leaving without getting a refund and...

“Tried to get me to sign up for IHG Rewards and after several NO's I said I would. The front desk assured me that I would get points from my stay, however, upon checking my account there were 0 pints applied. I was told that since I booked through and third party they would not give me points. Please get your facts straight when dealing with customers who expect what you say to be true only to find out that is not the case.”
