“We arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed by two friendly staff members. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by how exceptionally clean the entire property was, including our room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.

“While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”

“The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). “Over all, the place was great! Only 2 complaints I have is that the WiFi was extremely slow, so if you need to work, use your hotspot, if you have it. And the water pressure was low.
Other than those two minor things, the place was very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband, son-in-law, and grandkids did and they loved it. Will definitely stay there again.”

“When I arrived at 11pm there was no one to greet me (there were people there but not sure what they were doing) and when a person did come to check me in I did not feel welcome and it took a while. Overall as a single woman traveling I was not feeling safe in my first visit here. As a result I did not sleep well. When I awoke, the shower did not get warm after leaving it on for many minutes.
Upon leaving, staff was GREAT. The woman at the desk was welcoming and when I told her about the shower...

“Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti.
