“When I walked in, they said that I had a handicap room and I said no one don’t need a handicap room that I got to the room and then there was a shower and I was expecting a bathtub so they switched me rooms. I got to the new room and it was gross there was nasty things on the counter from not being cleaned up. The bathtub was disgusting. It had peeling paint or ceramic it smelled like urine.
