“The services of the hotel staff were exceptional. Especially the front desk staff, Mohammed Raoof and Jaya, were very helpful, respectful, and attended to our needs. “Our host was great. After a snowstorm, Theresa sent someone over to shovel the driveway so we could get out. I appreciated that so much. She was very attentive to any questions and responded very quickly. We were in the area during a very cold spell, but the house was very cozy and comfortable.”
