Ceiba de Guadalupe: Tour e Visite Guidate

Hoping this is considered for improvements: The place is nice, since the check in, there was no one at the “check in” area, just a phone number to reach out to. Here, if you’re waiting for guests, it would be ideal to wait for them at the check in time. Room was nice, a nice villa with a private pool. That right there was amazing, felt like it wasn’t cleaned, there were spoiled condiments in the kitchen area. We tried to reach out for room service with no luck, when one of the servers went to our villa delivering food to another one we requested food, he mentioned that it was they were full and he would ask for an exception but mains were only to be served at the restaurant. When we went there, a server clenaned the table with a smelly rag, we went to get food elsewhere. By breakfast, we waited for 1 hr to get served cold food, staff manager were able to help us and get food, however it felt like it was just reheated The place has a lot of potential, the restaurant has history and a name that locals and foreigners recognize and like. I’ll definetly visit them again, hoping this feedback to them gets considered for future visits. Pay attention to details, and make your guests enjoy an amazing experience

Muy buena opción para para relajarse saliendo de la rutina sin salir de la ciudad. Excelente vista a todo San Salvador. Cabanas bien equipadas. Yo solicitaría la venta de bebidas y algunas cosas de primera necesidad por si se olvida algo. Los senderos y caminos internos podrían estar mejor señalizados.
