“Was it happy with the place at all? They accused me of smoking in their room and I don't smoke. I have not smoked in over 10 years. I have severe COPD. And they charged me $300, and I'm not happy about it. They said it was because I lit a candle. I had no idea I was not allowed to do that. I've been staying, there's many, many years and I have never been told I was not allowed to light a candle.”

“Airplane was late, we arrived at 2:30 AM and left 9AM. The staff helped us with transportation and information.”

“The staff were just outstanding and helpful. Breakfast in particular was more than we expected, as well as their happy hour. The rooms were super comfortable.”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”
