“The room was not very clean. It looked like nobody cleaned the floors. The tub looked very suspect also. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. It was $79 for a Saturday night. There were no bugs. I can't really complain considering the very late time I got there in the middle of the night. The staff was very nice considering that I definitely woke him up. Parking was fine. “Sheets had blood stains on them and the soap was horrible”

“We stayed in the Airstream trailer called Loretta. It was beautiful! The setting by the lake was beautiful too. There was a fire pit with chairs and supplies to make s'mores too. There was a restaurant on-site, but we brought our own food. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside areas more, but it was just too hot the day we were there.”

“The loft was great. It’s in the middle of nowhere. We barely had a phone signal. But that was okay. No WiFi. That was okay. But most of the dvds were scratched so bad you couldn’t watch them. We did watch 3 movies. It was quiet.”

“Property was excellent. House was great. Close location to the events we were doing. The only slight complaint was that the house had a heavy smell of wet dog when we checked in. We tried to air it out and that helped with the smell. ”

“Was not provided access code prior to getting there. Probably took an hour after I got there to get in contact with someone to get the code. Air conditioner upstairs would not cool the area. ”

“This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. ”
