“In need of maintenance. Grounds need upkeep.
Room floors are dirty. Dont walk barefoot. Bug parts laying around. Black mold surrounding all shower fixtures. Musty smell wafts out of mattress when moving around.”

“This motel was absolutely disgusting. When I first entered the room I was overwhelmed by a foul stench. The lady at the office barely spoke English and when I explained that the room stunk, she acted irritated and thrust a can of febreeze at me. There were bugs crawling underneath the microwave. The towels had what looked like dried blood or excrement on them and I demanded new towels which I had to show the office lady so she could understand what I was asking for. Overall the room was...
