“This is a room to remember! It is apparently new judging from the pristine condition and stylish modern amenities. The private hot tub on the patio is a welcome amenity after a long day of sightseeing and port wine tasting. The view out the windows is pastoral and inviting. Its just a short distance from the town, but its not practical to walk anywhere from here so we recommend if you have a car or are happy to use rideshares. Giselle was so easy to communicate with - the driving instructions were very complete, and she checked in during our stay. There was even a bottle of port and some cookies when we arrived. 10/10!!”

The location also allowed us to explore many nearby small towns for amazing meals and to meet lovely people. Porto is only ~1.4hrs by tollway, which is 90% of the travel. We highly recommend taking the train, just across the Douro in Régua, out to Pocinho for a relaxing lunch and walk around the quaint town before returning. The railway view...

“Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The check in process was smooth and the host was easily accessible and accommodating as we our plane was late and we needed to drop baggage and go before official checkin time.The kitchen facilities were excellent with some essentials stocked, making it easy to settle in before doing any shopping.
