“The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Even the coffee was good, which is unusual for a free buffet. Given the relatively low price of the rooms, the cleanliness and modern touches were very welcome. Overall, a great stay.”

“The fact that it was in a historic train station was a huge selling point for me, being a train lover and all. I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but I also got a room that was facing the Delaware-Lackawanna railroad so I was able to see trains going by from my room all day. Although not the biggest issue, it would also be nice if there was complimentary breakfast.”

Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Our room was not ready until 2.5 hrs after check-in without apology. The desk person acted like we were the inconvenience for showing up. The lobby was full of others that were waiting as well. The couch had a large obvious urine stain; sheets with another stain; water spots on ceiling. We asked for more towels and were told they did not have any. After further request, desk person stated she would "check the dryer". She came back with two. Gym closed for renovation; pool open, but water was...

“Hotel was just OK. Room was clean, but several things were broken (comfy chair, microwave, decorative handles on things). At 4:00 AM, they were vacuuming the hallway carpet right outside our room. Bed was GREAT! Soft and comfy. Breakfast bar was nice. Staff was friendly. Seems like it was a place where a lot of semi truckers stay as there were lots of trucks in the parking lot and lots of men milling about in the parking lot on their phones.
