“The hotel was very nice and clean”

“Room was ok. But it lacked any kitchen stuff. This is not a regular hotel, I was a bit disappointed by that. It had no gym or on site restaurant. Staff was super courteous and very helpful. ”

“At first I called the property to confirm my reservation, yet they decided having a reservation with my name and they told me that they don’t deal with hotels.com! Yet the person answered me was kind enough to book me a room until I arrive. After that it appear to be misunderstanding from their side as hotels.come is under Expedia reservations that they didn’t know of. Overall, it was a good stay , comfortable, and clean with good costumer services. ”

“The booked room showed a washer/dryer which I needed to use and there was none. Front desk replied they could provide a manual one (not sure what that is) and that no other rooms were available. I left the hotel and looked for another hotel. Take a healthy discount off room pictures shown. I rarely have such poor hotel experiences.”
