Centennial Trail: Tour e Visite Guidate

Property was clean and maintained. The staff was nice and the included breakfast is a pleasant inclusion for the price, however the pool was closed most likely due to the fact it was in need of cleaning but we are in the height of the summer and the reason we booked was for a pool to cool off in. Needless to say we were a little disappointed with the pool being closed.

Upon arrival I could tell they are doing work on this property which is much needed. That’s a plus! The downside, the staff were quite unprofessional sitting behind a front desk in rolling chairs while guests are standing behind a counter. It took them about 10 minutes to check in the person in front of me which seemed really long. The guest was frustrated by the lack of an elevator and asked for help with luggage which they declined. Someone (maybe a manager) popped their head out of the back office and quickly disappeared when the saw a line. Not a great first impression. The room was better than expected and seemed clean. The hallway and stairs a little scary. The location isn’t too bad. I personally wouldn’t choose this property again, but for a budget option for a quick overnight it would be ok.

Love the historic Spokane Club and glad they upgraded the bathrooms, which were badly needed. The front desk was extremely helpful. We had a big group after a wedding and they sent more people in to tend bar. Surprised they close at 9 on a Saturday night.
