I heard people walking in the room above me with the floor board/ceiling squecking. The breakfast "buffet" was a joke. Finally, insult to injury was the fact that we also had to pay $20/night for the valet parking as the property also did not include self parking. The property was clean w/out a doubt. “per il prezzo pagato siamo stati trattati come dei re. posto incantevole, camera semplice ma veramente molto bella e curata, bagno con vasca idromassaggio e due lavandini, colazione semplice ma completa e servita nel grande salone, libero accesso a tutto il castello ed al suo parco, parcheggio libero e gratuito con servizio parcheggiatore. è stato un po' come essere in royal pains.”

“The staff is very nice so it pains me to write this review. But, the condition of the room was DISGUSTING. We stayed in the Annex as it is dog friendly. It looked like a Motel 6 where they house the homeless. Curtains pushed up against the windows. Stained hallway carpets. Really gross. Bad pillows. We left a day early without a refund...it was that bad. I also got hives due to the chemicals they clean with. On top of it all, the free breakfast was unedible. What is really sad is that this place...
