Modern comfort, small town charm. Room for all to visit, rest retreat or create

This is a bright, roomy and modern style house. Set in a quiet Center Point neighborhood. Just off of interstate 380, with a 30 minute drive to Cedar Rapids, Vinton, Shellsberg, Palo or Independence, & 45 minutes to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, pool table, full kitchen, backyard, deck and fenced in yard. Each bedroom has a different type of mattress, this allows guests to choose the room they feel the bed matches their sleeping preferences. We have a meeting room that can be used for sewing, (including a cutting table, design wall, & pressing station) scrap booking, or crafting with friends or family. Also good for small retreats or study groups. Backyard deck has cushioned wicker set, and grill for outdoor entertaining. There is also a hi chair, pack-n-play, and book, toy & game closet for use. We have a NO animals allowed policy, and a NO smoking/vaping inside buildings policy. Contractor reservations need prior approval with host.

This house was perfect for our group of 5. There was plenty of space to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Beautiful well appointed home. Everything is labeled. There's no guesswork about where things are stored, helpful hints regarding the jetted tub, etc. We had three families ages 1 to 65 and it was absolutely perfect. Large enough for 8 and a highchair at the table.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Everything at the house was over-the-top. The furnishings were in pristine condition, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine, they even had spare toothbrushes, had we forgotten ours. Our group of four couples enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay again. Thank you so, so much!

Spacious & Cozy

Five girlfriends stayed three nights in this lovely home. The house was sparkling clean. We enjoy cooking together when we travel & found the kitchen to be well-stocked. The beds are comfortable & bath towels soft and fluffy. Although we didn't need them, the host left extra toothbrushes & tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo & small soaps in each bathroom, which is a nice touch. We really enjoyed gathering on the deck. We would rent this house again when we return to the area.

We came in from Geneva. IL to celebrate our son’s wedding and pre festivities. The Jefferson HOME was an added bonus. It was beautiful, clean organized had everything you could possibly need and it felt like home. If we go back, that is where I am staying and all our family thank you.

Wonderful Home!

The home is beautiful with plenty of space! Everything is labeled and clear instructions were provided by the host! The pictures don't quite do justice to how beautiful the home is and all of the space! We loved the home theater area and now plan to do something very similar in our basement! 10/10 recommend!
