Vacanze Center Tuftonboro

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were polite. The complimentary breakfast was fair with limited choice. Convenient location and the price was right.

Great location, very clean room and surrounding areas. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was great. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Element Philadelphia. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from. A special shout-out to the breakfast team, who were always cheerful and attentive, keeping food, juices, and beverages constantly replenished. They regularly checked on us to see if we were enjoying our breakfast or needed anything else. It was such a pleasure to start each morning with their warm hospitality. The reception staff were just as wonderful, always welcoming, pleasant, and ready to help with a smile. What stood out most was how genuinely caring everyone was. It really made us feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Element Philadelphia for making our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! We would certainly stay here again and happily recommend this hotel to others.

I absolutely love this hotel. The young men that worked in evenings were very helpful! My concern: Friday night I was kept up from 12a-2a by banging in hallway and above me then a little past 7am more banging in housekeeping closet beside me…. No big deal however 130pm on Saturday and I’m getting my son ready to go visit his grampa at hospice (my dad) and two staff come to my door and knock because of a noise complaint. A noise complaint at 130 in afternoon yet zero concern in middle of night or early am. Very interesting since the only thing my disabled son was doing was walking! He does have CP and autism so after his brace is put on he is a little heavy footed. I told him he could not stay the second night. Same thing second night: thrashing and banging 12a-2a above me and more noise a little after 7 am on a Sunday. My mind was completely blown. Noise complaints for us during day but no concern about noise middle of night or early am. I think perhaps your daytime staff may want to review Americans with disabilities act and maybe not harass people for walking too loud in their rooms that they paid to stay at?! Maybe have more concern about all the night and early am noise? I would definitely stay again I’m just aggravated that not one but two staff felt the need to check on us for walking too loud. Cerebral palsy. My son has Cerebral palsy!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was really good. The staff and parking were fantastic. The room was great size with a nice view. Good pillows and comfy bed 😀
