Questa casa ha subito una completa ristrutturazione, ed è ora di prenotazione per l'estate. Questa fuga è per gli ospiti con gusto raffinato e offre un ambiente leggero, luminoso e rilassante. Include Beach pass per la settimana che è valida per il parcheggio spiaggia a tutti i 6 Barnstable Spiagge. A piedi il famoso gelato Four Seas, visitare il negozio di paese storico per qualche caramella penny o cadere nel Centerville Società Storica e imparare la grande storia della zona. Anche una breve passeggiata per il Centreville Recreation Center, con un grande e rinnovato parco giochi. A piedi o in bicicletta per Centerville Pie Company e Dunkin Donuts. 10 minuti da Main Street, Hyannis centro o il centro commerciale. Our stay was lovely! Neil and Paula were wonderful hosts and the home was very comfortable. There were five of us so sharing the bathroom took some patience, but thankfully there is also an outdoor shower which is came in handy. The beds were comfy and the outdoor sitting areas were perfect for relaxing.We will definitely stay in one of Paula & Neil’s homes when we head back this way in the future. We had the best stay!!

Paula and Neil were communicative and ensured to contact me in preparation of the upcoming visit within the week prior to the stay. Neil was on site and very supportive with answering questions regarding the area and answered all my questions/concerns re: beaches, local restaurants and things to do as a family. My children and I felt very happy and at home. I would recommend this location as a great vacation, R&R spot for anyone. It was awesome. Thanks Neil and Paula.

We had a wonderful stay in Centerville! Very easy to check in and a perfect location for our young children. The house was clean and the laundry in the basement was a bonus. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

I can’t overstate how nice it was having access to multiple beaches within a short drive, and a beach pass that allowed us to explore more than one beach in a day to find the best fit for our family. Even on rainy days we were minutes from Hyannis and Osterville and we’re able to shop, visit the JFK museum, and choose from among several good restaurants. Our kids loved being close to Putt-putt, ice cream, and penny candy at the general store. We loved our clean accommodations, extra linens, access to a washer/dryer, and having a fully functional kitchen. Our hosts were thoughtful and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rebook for another stay.

Wonderful property and phenomenal hosts. The road is a main artery to the beach so a little busy during the day but slows down in the evening and no issues with noise. The cottage is not large but bedrooms spaced apart and a larger kitchen and eating area + the outdoor space makes this a functional space for 2 couples. So wonderful to be able to bring my dog and have a fenced area for us.

Nice home overall, great location (close to all important amenities and beaches), functional appliances, adequate space for 4 people, great outdoor space and super-friendly and welcoming owners - Neil and Paula were great! Would definitely stay there again. Air conditioning units would benefit from an upgrade.

We loved this vacation home! It was very comfortable and very clean! Perfect location near family for a very enjoyable holiday weekend! And we got to take our little furry family member too. It was great to meet the owner when I got there. Very beautiful property! I sure hope we will get the chance to stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property in August. Since we had to travel with our small dog, we were looking for a rental that could accommodate our dog and be close to the beach so we could check on him during the day. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to the beach with beach passes included. It was easy to check in/out and to walk our dog. Good central location to other towns on the cape.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend with our two kids and grandparents. It was a great location, convenient to the beach and everything else we needed. The place itself was comfortable, and the owners were extremely responsive and available to help with any questions or needs. I highly recommend and will come back again if we have the opportunity!

What a wonderful Cape cottage! It was clean, comfortable and central to everything. 5 min from Craigville Beach and the lake, 3 min walk to the library, playground, Penny Candy Store and Four Seas Ice Cream! The cottage had laundry, an amazing outdoor shower, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation! Neil and his wife couldn’t have been more enjoyable to work with and were such wonderful hosts! Thank you guys for making our visit so special!!
