“The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”

“I called the hotel at Noon on 4/3/2026 before booking for the night of 4/3/2026. I called to inquire about the hot tub and pool because my wife and I were having a night away and we wanted to stay at a hotel with a hot tub to relax. We were assured the hot tub was working properly. When we arrived at check in, we were informed the hot tub was not working. Also, breakfast was horrible. I will not be staying here again, and very disappointed that we stayed here. It ruined our weekend away.”

“It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. ”

“The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. ”

“Check out is at 11 am management called me at 10 am to remind me that check out is at 11am.this is so unprofessional that it defies belief.the heat for the room was an extremely loud wall unit.even though there is baseboard heating. The room could have had brighter lighting.When I asked around town about the hotel , everyone, I spoke to said it had a bad reputation.saf state of affairs in the hospitality industry”

“The breakfast is waffle, cereal, juice, Coffee, powder creamer. The ceiling in the rooms bathroom is crumbling, bed was clean, and someone’s left overs were left in the fridge, the staff was super nice, ”
