“Great experience”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel accompdayed our large group and endures that we had rooms close to each other. The breakfast provided had lots of variety. Our kids had fun in the pool. Two complaints we had is at check in staff member Laurie was not very helpful or knowl’edgable about fées we were charged. There was a 30.00 fée added to our room. When asked about it, she was unable to explaine what this fée was for or about. We later found out that it was an environmental...

“Pros Clean, comfortable, excellent service especially at the breakfast buffet, basic but decent breakfast. Cons TV with no optional connection to Netflix, Prime or YouTube. TV with no option to mirror a cellphone. TV with tons of old-style TV programs and PPV movies and PPV TV shows. The shower did not have a soap holder and I had to put my bath foam on a seat that was there.”
