“The situation in Jasper Town was not very good due to the big 2024 wildfire, but all the staff were very kind and helpful. Also the building is very cool, clean and in a good position. Recommended!!”

“Front desk staff is fantastic, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Location is absolute, 5-6 minutes to West Edmonton Mall, also right on the hwy that leads to Jasper, and you can also walk to Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Costco, Tim Hortons and many other local stores and business. Hotel is quiet, there are two towers. Also offers breakfast. And its a very easy drive downtown and around the city. ”

“The pool was great. It was the best part of the trip for the kids. Late morning early afternoon, they were the only ones in the pool. Even when it was "packed" they didn't wait long to go down the slide. Front desk staff was great and very friendly, check in was very quick. ”
