“The customer service was top tier. This was the first time we received a call from reception after getting into our room, to check on us and make sure we were happy with the room. I don’t know if it’s a Cold Lake thing but based on that alone, we’ll be back. Breakfast was good and the customer service there as well was great. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were very clean.”

“I was so pleased with my stay at this Baymont Hotel. The underground parking was a saving grace when temperatures dipped lower than -30C during that blustery cold time in Edmonton. The staff were so helpful. The location was ideal as I'd had to have my vehicle serviced at WEM Toyota and my conference was at River Cree. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette allowed me to prepare my own foods. I would recommend this hotel anytime. ”

“Spent two days with my family. Very convenient location. There is a grocery store and restaurant in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable. We were in a family suite. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee was available all day. We went there for my daughter's birthday. Had a great time.”
