“The staff were all so friendly! The Wednesday night dinner was fantastic. The morning continental breakfast was the best one I’ve had from a chain hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would gladly stay here again.”

“This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. ”

“The inn has a fascinating history and is very elegant indeed! The breakfast was very tasty. While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. ”

“Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, parking is ok if you get there early enough to get a parking spot, the fan had a strange odor to it and there was a sound of pipes clanking all night so didn’t get much sleep, also disappointed because the website says there’s robes in every room but there wasn’t it was an ok stay ”

“This is the second time that we have stayed there and we were not as impressed as the first time. We go for the hot tub and it was not nearly as clean as we had hoped. ”

“The staff and the amenities were great; however, my partner encountered a dead, large roach in the hallway upon arrival. My partner has personal experience/childhood trauma related to roaches and was freaking out, understandably so. The GM at the Hilton emailed me and sincerely apologized, but did not offer any reparations, and neither did Expedia (booked package); each holding the other accountable. I wasn't looking for cash or a complete refund, but I think a one night stay offer should have...

“We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.”
