“Un’esperienza molto piacevole. La struttura è bella e molto curata. Posizionata in un punto strategico per visitare la città. C’è una atmosfera molto gradevole, belle persone e un panorama mozzafiato. Buona e molto varia la colazione. La mia camera era bella ampia e pulita con accesso al giardino. Ci sono servizi e attrezzature a disposizione degli ospiti, computer, cucina frigoriferi, un biliardino è un biliardo ... se torno a Lisbona prenoterò ancora a Lisbon Hostel ”

“Clean silent and perfectly organized, unfortunately no kitchen but well served, cheap supermarket around the corner, metro and bus station and lots of good restaurants. Perfect for remotely working!”

“- The room was quite big, however very dark and it wasn't possible to open the window. The room was clean but the smell of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming. - The bathrooms were not in a good shape: most of the showers didn't have the right support, so washing hair was challenging. Toilet seats were broken. - Kitchen and dining area were fine. - Unfortunately the door of the building was often open, so during the last night someone was trying to barge in and kept ringing and knocking on...

“Our room was neat and clean, but with no air conditioning. We had a very small balcony and kept the door slightly to keep some air flow in the room. The shared bathrooms were kept very clean and the hot water was great! All of the staff that we dealt with were very helpful toward us. You can buy sofa drinks and water from a large fridge in the office (very convenient). There is a supermarket about 20 metres away, and the BEST cafe next door! There is also a laundromat very close by!”

“Amazing welcome and staff !! They know their city so well and were always so accommodating and friendly. We loved the tapas dinner and spectacular fado concert, we met so many great travellers here. Everything was very clean and well organised. The evening tea service after a cold but wonderful day in Sintra was just perfect. Will be back to see more of the city and to visit this hostel.”
