“The overall experience was very good, but a few things related to the age of the hotel were a bit annoying, like the power points that were not on the same standard (some would accept my power connectors and others wouldn't). The breakfast and the gym were absolutely amazing! The area around is very good with many options for shopping, and there are some markets around with good options for shopping and eating.”

“This was a nice solo stay at the Noble Baan. If you are looking to avoid a hostel stay, this is a budget hotel that does the job. I appreciated that it had a balcony. You will need a scooter or to take taxis if you stay here, but I personally prefer to save on lodging and have a scooter. If you are scared of renting a scooter you can use rideshare apps to hire a scooter or car with driver to take you into the city. ”

“Great hotel for the price. Very clean, rooms a good size and staff very friendly. There is no restaurant but there is free toast and coffee at breakfast time. Nice coffee shop at the front of the hotel, the location is a good 30 minutes walk from old town but lots of cafe and restaurants on the way. For the price paid it was excellent.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our drain they came to fix it. Great little hotel for the price. Its a little noisy as its located close to the roads. Location was great for walking to lots of inexpensive eating. We enjoyed our evening walks to the bazaar. We stayed an extra night because of its convenient location. 10 to 15 minute walk to rent a scooter”

“Exceptional service from everyone. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the soaker tub. Phenomenal spa! Enjoyed a massage, facial and body scrub, it was heavenly. Great pool although i wish there was a deeper end, it was same height all over. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. ”

“Staff molto disponibile e allegro e simpatico, hotel centrale e molto ben tenuto, stanza enorme e pulitissima, no ristorante, colazione un po’ macchinosa ( sistema dei vouchers ) e abbastanza limitata nella scelta e nella fascia oraria ...comunque colazione a parte ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerò sicuramente se sarò a Chiangmai.

“This was probably the best place that I stayed the whole time I was in Chiang Mai, but they actually charged me for one of those little instant coffee packets(that looks like it's worth 1 penny!!!) Charged me 20 bhat. That was truly shocking and astonishing and appalling, kind of like charging people somebody 1 dollars for a single 2 inch by 2 inch square of toilet paper but aside from this insult absolutely impeccable.”
