We apologize that we did not meet your expectations for your recent stay for the Opera. The Lou Bunch room is our smallest room and is priced as an economy room between $10 -$30 less than the other two rooms in the house. For the evening of your stay it was priced $40 less than other rooms available in town. The size does create some limitations, but we are proud to be able to offer a private bathroom even if not the biggest (or with space for shelving). We have not received any complaints on the bed, however the mattress is scheduled to be replaced in the fall. There are glasses for water on the table in the sitting area of each room, there are chocolates and two types of reception mints out for guests and 3 coffee shops within walking distance of the Opera.
