“Every thing was good”

“Staff was friendly breakfast was ok...Room was not the greatest...Pool was not open for use which was very disappointing....”

“Go somewhere else, the property isin need of repairs, the free breakfast tasted like it is old saved food. Ketchup made more tasty. The yogurt was the tasted the best.”

“The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here...

“Ceiling was leaking water causing floor to be wet. Bathtub was dripping. Room carpet was filthy. Room furniture was old. Breakfast was poor.”

“I usually stay at this property several times a year when I am coming to visit family. This really is the first time things seems to be out of the ordinary, so hopefully when I return things will have improved. The elevators were not working, so I had to take luggage up 3 floors. Marijuana smell was pretty prevalent in the stairwell the entire time I stayed. My coffee maker in the room was not working properly. The desk chair did not adjust and remained in the lowest position - had to...

“Our room was clean and comfortable, some of the hallways areas could’ve used a little more attention and our shower hadn’t been restocked which was unfortunate because I forgot condition, but the staff was great.”

“Hot tub at the pool was down so they push you to get a room with hot tub in it for way more money. Pool area was pretty gross all weekend, giving benefit of the doubt that the place was almost sold out due to an apparent baseball league. Staff didnt seem to care about the packs of teenage boys roughhousing in the halls all hours of the night. I've stayed here a few times in the past and this stay pushed us to find different options next time.”
