“My stay was OK, but nobody from the hotel advised how to enter Serengeti Park via flight, while fees to be paid in the hotel - I was stuck at Serengeti airport for 3 hours”

“We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. “We arrived at the lodge’s main entrance road sign about 6pm, myself and two young daughters after a full day of driving, tired and hungry. The main entrance road was blocked by trees branches clearly arranged in a line across the road. No written sign to redirect traffic or explain. We drove on to see if there was another entrance, there was none. we drove back to the main entrance I got out of the car removed the branches and drove up to the lodge to find the road had been washed away a short...

“Danny is the perfect host. He took care of everything and did so much to make our stay special. With Bush side breakfast and dinner with a campfire along with a perfect sundowner, he and the staff ensured our stay was extra special. And of course, Denis our safari game driver made sure we saw everything that one hopes to see in the Serengeti… leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, impalas… even a serval cat, along with a huge pride of lions full of cubs. “Unser Aufenthalt in Osero war ein Highlight. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom hilfsbereiten Personal herzlich empfangen. Ein Mitglied unserer Gruppe war im Rollstuhl unterwegs und die Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft haben uns geholfen, dass wir alle Hindernisse erfolgreich meistern konnten. Kurz vor unserer Ankunft im Camp hatten wir das Glück auf einem Baum einen Leoparden zu sichten und waren deshalb sehr gut gelaunt.
