“In se tutto perfetto però l’unico problema è stato che la porta per entrare in camera era difettosa e dovevi aprirla con la forza, il cassetto centrale dove c’è la TV rimane sempre aperto non si chiude, meglio dire lo puoi chiudere e 10 secondi dopo te lo ritrovi tutto aperto. Come ultima cosa, a noi purtroppo si e irritato il water di sera verso le 11 una volta chiamata la reception ci hanno detto che l’indomani verso le 7 mandavano qualcuno ma non è arrivato nessuno solo dopo che noi verso le...

“Struttura bellissima, colazione abbondante e ottima, puizia super ok. peccato la porta del bagno non chiudesse e la vasca fosse rovinata. Nel complesso una super struttura dove tornerò sicuramente. Personale splendido. Le ragazze alla reception fantastiche e sorridenti.”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”

“Let me start off by saying the staff was great!! There were a couple things in our room that were a little bit annoying. It took probably 3 - 4 minutes before we got hot water to take a shower. The light in the shower didn’t work. The coffee pot didn’t work (they did replace it right away). Something with the TV and remote, it only worked half the time. It was minor things but annoying. ”

“There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

“If you’re looking to book this hotel , run away as fast as you can . This hotel property was extremely dirty and not up to date , you can tell immediately from the presence of the room as soon as you walk in the room . It’s very uncomfortable to be in there the floor panels are outdated there are many stains through out the room and the price is very un reasonable.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Fantasy Island Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions while still being quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and helpful, and it was clear that a lot of attention goes into making guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.”
