“This property received a 5 star review due to the amazing staff. The lower level parking was very dark and eerie we had watched an individual walk in through the out gates the first day that we were there and it was obvious that he did not wish to be seen by the attendants / guards at the entry gate. The breakfast offered was very good and again the staff were amazing. The Calzone that I purchased at that Italian restaurant out front was burnt and they did not care even when I mentioned it...

“I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. “Stayed in the Townhouse suite and it was absolutely amazing! So comfy and beautiful and they restocked snacks and water for me daily. The food at the resort was so good and I felt very taken care of and safe here. They even decorated the place for my husbands birthday! 10/10 service. The butlers went above and beyond.”
