“We stayed here in 2023 and absolutely loved it. We know that it is a five-star hotel, but we paid a lot more this time...in low season, which was disappointing. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best you can find in any hotel. ”

“Comfortable ”

“Petit hôtel pratique, rien d'extravaguant. Un peu d'odeur dans les chambres, il manque un peu de ventilation.”

“Le personnel était agréable, la chambre était propre, mais les oreillers beaucoup trop dures. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’utilisation de la piscine, mais plus de chaises sur le bord de la piscine aurait été apprécié pour s’installer en surveillant notre fille dans la piscine. Nous avons eu un très beau séjour et le café près de la réception était apprécié.”

“Un des hotels les plus sales que j'ai jamais visité. Dans la première chambre qu on nous a donné il y avait des taches d excréments au plafond. On nous a proposé une 2 eme chambre. "Plus propre à première vu mais y avait des coulisses de saleté sur les portes, le.micro-onde etait sale a l'intérieur, le papier paint levait de partout, de la moisissure sur le.plafond de la salle de bain. Les tetes de lit étaient brisés et non entretenues. Bref jamais.nous retournerons à cet endroit. ”

“This has to be the best place I have ever stayed at. The place was beautiful and clean. The service was spectacular, the person running the show was so nice. Breakfast had to be the best breakfast I had at place ever and very accommodating to my partners needs (he has stomach problems and can’t eat a lot). “Friendly staff. Clean, large room. Comfortable bed. Nice sitting area (but a big sign says you can't have food or drink there...?) Pool wasn't open. There is cool music playing by the elevators but it was loud in the morning- we could hear it in our room early.”

“Nice mountain view and good location, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was an issue with our reservation, and the room was much smaller than expected. The listing also did not have enough photos, so it was hard to know exactly what we were booking. Service was mediocre, as the front desk could not do much without manager approval and management was not very helpful.
