“Breakfast was average, but area was clean and well stocked. Pool is small with ni hot tub, but our grandchildren loved having the whole pool to ourselves, so that was a win. Staff was efficient and polite. Even though there were a lot of cars in the lot, the building was very quiet. Elevators were quick.”

“I love the mountain view, and the location. We enjoyed hiking the Bells Majestic view, toured Penn's Cave and enjoyed local restaurants. The house was clean and decor fit yhe cabin vibe.It was nice and cozy. I specifically enjoyed all the amenities. We had access to cups, plates and dishes ( we made sure to washed them before leaving).In the Bathroom we had everything we needed toiletries soaps etcs. We brought our own stuff as we didn't think it included it but its a nice thing to have. The...

“Don't plan on getting breakfast at 9:30am. We were told breakfast was until 10am. Went down at 9:30am. Everything was empty and they had no intention of stocking.
Toilet paper holder was in the most awkward spot. Literally needed to lean sideways to reach it. Bathroom sink backed up with water.
Hotel was definitely outdated.
The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly however wasn't impressed that her trainee was sucking on a lollipop while checking us in.
Housekeeping was friendly.”
