“AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! “Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. “Happy I stayed here. Stayed here last year, too and liked the clean room, clean and comfortable bed, nice warm showers. 3 bottles of water everyday. “L'hotel si trova in centro sulla promenade di Kota Kinablau. E' molto comodo perchè è praticamente vicino a tutto. E' fastoso, la reception è enorme e il check in molto veloce. La camera è molto ben arredata e spaziosa. La colazione è molto abbondante ma destinata esclusivamente ai numerosi ospiti cinesi. Non ci sono brioche o marmellate. La piscina è in un giardino appartato un po' difficile da raggiungere ma sempre abbastanza vuota. Il personale è cordiale ed è buona la pulizia.”
