“Great breakfast buffet included. Lovely staff and the rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, good bed and the bathroom was a good size, nice shower too. Few niggles were the hotel is now showing signs of wear and tear, the odd marks in the carpet, walls etc. The bathroom needs a closer mirror as it's very far away to see properly. The biggest issue is the lifts, you have 2 lifts for all guests to use which sometimes meant long waits for a lift to come. Pool looked lovely but we didn't...

“After traveling for 9 months, this is probably the most dirty room we have stayed in. The sheets had blood stains, the walls were full of stains, the floor had clearly not been washed for a long time, and the bathroom was full of mold and limescale. The room had no windows, and the staff was very cold and unpersonal, the ac worked good and the shower had good preasure and heat, but I would say those were the only decent things in the room. Would never recommend to anyone!”

“Great staff and good breakfast. The bed/bedding is extremely comfortable however the water in the sink, bathtub and toilet of the bathroom leaks constantly due to poor maintenance so the floor is wet and slippery, which increases risk of falling.”

PRI staff performance is "Excellent" CON Frequent power failure that may interrupt internet service / room lickset need to improved as i found it difficult to closed / the vicinity pitch dark after 7pm not suitable for ladies or couple please look elsewhere safer / only one eatery but have to walk at least 500 meters.”

“Horrible. Room Smells like thick mold. I asked to replace one towel as it was warn out in a fashion that cannot be offered to any customer. The guy told me "this is an extra towel and can be charged"...seriously. I took that as a joke. A not fun one tho. Karaoke from the rooftop was clear loud in the room. Called the reception twice at 22.25 and 23.10..i was assured both times that in 10 minutes max that music would have stop. Obviusly was not true. I checked out at 23.45 as it was impossible to...
